Ms. Yale is a Senior Advisor to Bain & Company, where she is a leader in the health care practice. She is nationally recognized as a leading advisor to health care providers and payers, including hospital systems, physician groups, and managed care organizations. She has served in a number of leadership roles at Bain, and ran Bain’s Boston office. In that capacity she founded Bain’s New York office and helped launch the firm’s non-profit affiliate, the Bridgespan Group.
She sits on a number of corporate boards, including Kindred Healthcare, Inc., Value Options, Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and National Surgical Hospitals. She is also active in the non-profit sector and serves on Bridgespan Group board, the Cradles to Crayons board, the Harvard College Visiting Committee, and the Board of Overseers of Planned Parenthood, among others.
Her favorite high school activity was acting in the “Merry Makers”, a group that performed original plays at elementary schools. The last time she was on stage was 36 years ago.
